A lot of people wanted me to upload Nightmare House 2, but that mod uses a lot of filetypes that gmod does not like. I'm afraid I won't be able to make an addon out of that... Sorry! So here's the prequel, to make up for it. I did manage to get the NH2 remake of this part working, so that's included! You are driving across the coast to visit your family when suddenly your car starts to break down. You end up rolling right in front of a house before your car completely quits on you. You have no cellphone so your only choice is to ask the inhabitants for some help. You open the giant, rusty gate and begin to walk up the path. You are barely five feet in when the gate slams shut. Something doesn't look right about this house... He's also not as chubby. Includes the "bad time" eyeball as a bodygroup. Please try and use for SAFE and SANE content. Reskinning is fine. Works best with Ragdoll Mover. I understand that the fingerposing may be buggered, but there isn't much I can do about that. I was disappointed in the lack of good bow and arrow mods and have always thought the Far Cry 3 & 4 recurve bow was one of the most satisfying weapons to use. So I thought I'd try and make it. This is a heavily edited version of this mod: Hunting Bow Map: cs_rush (requires csgo) Playermodel: Zer0 from Borderlands 2 The coding is a little janky and has some weird very specific bugs but overall I think it came out alright.

2026 UPDATE: Also applies them to entities of other mods by name-match (e.g. "deagle" for CSS deagle) Adds 20 elementary killicons to more than 100 deaths! I do like Bill's, but I think the sheer amount it adds to the game is overkill. I also didn't like some of their design. Sorry! ...also, now this mod adds kill icons to all the other mods you couldn't cover. So, I just made my own. A lightweight addon meant to blend in with Gmod's goofy sandbox style, adjacent to Portal and TF2. A quality of life kinda mod. In 2026, I was also able to extend these icons + Counter-Strike Source ones to other addons using name-match. The additions you're most likely to see are for: - Lethal fall - Hazards (requires the mod on server too for trigger hurt, morekillicons_trigger_hurt_override 0 to disable) - Explosion (either "normal" or by player dynamite) - Vehicular manslaughter - Fire - Self-inflicted (e.g. rocket jump) - Crushed by a map object - Crushed by a door - Electrocution (e.g. rollermine) - Claws (e.g. zombies) - Swiss cheese'd (e.g. turrets, helicopters) - Acid (e.g. antlion workers) - Laser (e.g. vortigaunts) - Sharp cut (e.g. manhacks) Additionally, the mod links up both new and already existing icons to: - HL1 weapons & NPCs - Alyx gun, Annabelle, fists - Other various weapons (e.g. VJBase defaults) If some of your guns are still missing one you can also check out AutoIcons. A: When I was getting into programming gLua, I was really into roleplay and decided I wanted to create this addon since I've never really seen it anywhere and thought it'd be a cool addition to roleplay servers. So, I created this addon over two years ago, and just recently decided to quickly recode it to make it much more efficient and optimized compared to the original version and finally release it for people to use. Q: Why is the model an error? A: The addon does have the required model and materials within the download, you can try to delete the addon and redownload it. Another method is to clear your cache and then redownload the addon. Otherwise, you can try to download CS:GO (It's free), and mount it to Garry's Mod. Others have stated it also works with just L4D, if you have that, go ahead and mount it. (I haven't tested L4D, just CS:GO) Q: What is the entity name? A: If players aren't able to manually spawn the message board, you can spawn it in using the following entity name: venom_messageboard Q: How do I edit the text on the message board? A: Go up to the board, and press E (or the key that is bound to "+use"). Edit the line you'd like to edit, and then hit enter. If you don't hit enter and just close the GUI, it will not update the text on the board. Note: Only the owner of the board can edit it. Q: Can this be towed? A: No, it doesn't support VCMod. Plus, it wouldn't look nice either, it was designed to be a static prop for CS:GO. If I ever do "v2" of this addon with a custom model, that will be designed to be allowed to be towed. Q: Does it work with "X" gamemode? A: It works with all gamemodes (Should work with all gamemodes derived from the base, if they are set up properly aka have base_gmodentity. This means you'll have a bad time if you attempt to play this map if your DX level is under 95 Since the map is open source, you can download the source files and vmf here, just remember that you don't need them for the map to work This map does NOT require any game to be mounted, oh wow Now included is a no fog and night versions due to popular demand So yeah here's a quick map I made over the course of 5 days. Pretty happy with how it came out. It's a nice and scenic Sandbox map set somewhere, I can't figure out where. It's very foggy and windy though. Also needed an excuse to recycle some models I made for my previous project so here. -Full support for TTT, but why -Fully nav noded (navmesh), have fun with your nextbots or whatever -Fully AI noded, NPCs can navigate this map with ease -Nice to look at -Several custom soundscapes, very atmospheric -Massive underwater section with a few layers to explore Next person who calls this a liminal map I'm killing with hammers
