Reactive Infectious Biomes

Converting away (Clentaminator, Powders, Waters, etc.) tiles/blocks of infectious biomes (Corruption, Crimson, and Hallow) will cause spawn rates and max spawns in that biome and for that player to spike for a short while. The amount of increase depends on how much was/is being purified. This "biome attention" mechanic provides an actual response from these living biomes instead of them just passively accepting their fate to be purified or converted to another infectious biome. Unless a player is doing lot of conversion at once, the effects of this mod will be mostly on the subtle-but-still-noticeable side. A biome will "blame" all players that are within 200 tiles worth of distance from a tile it lost in a conversion (natural biome spreading excluded) with some decrease in blame/attention from distance. There are diminishing returns to how much each tile converted away from their biome increases a players spawns. Converting away 300 tiles will not have triple the effect of converting 100. A player's attention from a specific biome will decrease by about 6% of its current value per second and at a minimum rate of an equivalent 3% spawn rate per second. Biome attention maxes out at 5 which translates to x6 spawn rate and max spawns, though this would last for only a brief time. Having at least 3 town NPCs nearby will prevent any effect on spawns from biome attention. How exactly the biome attention mechanic works can be tweaked with several multipliers in this mod's config. This mod monitors the WorldGen.Convert(int, int, int, int, bool, bool) method, and will work with any modded items/mechanics that use this method to convert tiles.
