This mod tunes up the difficulty of all gamemodes. A slight bump in difficulty also happens after defeating the Wall of Flesh as well as Plantera. All of these values can be adjusted inside the config file. In addition to the difficulty bump, the player now has a small chance to obtain an accessory treasure bag. This treasure bag and its recipes get upgraded once the Wall of Flesh is defeated. You can use multiple accessory bags to guarrante yourself an accessory of choice.
