State of the Dead can be found south of the canadian border. It is a trading outpost for both countries. When the outbreak ocured the military blocked or destroyed the exterior tunels of the State. In doing so they managed to contain the Infection. But trapped everybody in. With no hope of rescue or escape you need to survive and defend you and your community from the dead and the other survivors. It is just a work of fiction and any similarities with the real world is just a coincidence. Work in progres(util i run out of things to do or time)
