Simple as what the title says! Common infected, witches, and special infected will be damaged by the spitter's spit. Commons will be gibbed upon death, and they will also flinch when damaged, same goes for witches. The spit hitbox may be pretty weird at times, so be wary of that. Infected may also in some cases be hit by spit that's above them, but i sadly can't fix that without creating worse issues, sorry. One more note, special infected get slowed down by damage, so it's pretty effective to trick them into entering a spit puddle. Works in local servers and singleplayer only.
