GFAW aims to add plenty of unique loot across all stages of the game, with the idea that potential game-shaping items could drop if you're lucky enough! All items aren't meant to be seen/acquired on a single run, seeing as drop rates range from 0.1% to 0.001%, these rarity based items are meant to be randomly acquired as you progress. The rarity scale is as follows: Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Exotic. There are also variants available of certain items known as cursed items, powerful with drawbacks. Currently the content in this mod is incredibly limited, just a few accessories and weapons present. Certain rarities, variants, and item types may be added down the line, so make sure you check the changelog available on the steam page! If the player's health is less than 20 below the max health, the heart won't be consumed. Instead, it will sit on the ground and wait until the player's health is low enough to be absorbed.
