When picked an item, you can see tabs such as "Recipes" (for the recipe of searched item or recipes where the search item is used), "Sell/Reforge" (for the price of your item and the price of each of the reforges possible) and "How to get" (there it shows you the drop rates of the enemies which carry your item - or, exclusively for ores, when and where you can mine them).
