E-boat was the Western Allies' designation for the fast attack craft (German: Schnellboot, or S-Boot, meaning "fast boat") of the Kriegsmarine during World War II. May I introduce you all to the Combine Metro Heavy. This is a Combine Metro Officer that specializes in suppressing targets while taking hits. They are decked out in heavy body armor, an energy shield face mask, and a machine gun. The armor allow to take a hail of gunfire without going down. This heavy armor, however, makes the Metro Heavy a very slow unit on the battlefield. Their machine gun allows them to rain a hail of gunfire from close to long range for long periods of time, though they do prefer medium range combat. This tank of a Metro office does have one glaring weak spot, the head. Under most circumstances their head is protected by their face mask, which is rated to withstand the power of a combine energy ball. If this face mask takes enough damage though, it will break, leaving their head exposed. Once this happens, a few well placed shots are all that is needed to take them down. Features of this NPC include: - Weapon: Combine Suppressor Machine Gun - Destructible face shield - High damage resistance - Slow movement speed - Dynamic behavior based on distance to target - Metropolice animations Feel free to join our discord for updates, discussions, and feedback. I have edited the model for new facial flexes (they're based off the L4D2 facials) and eye tracking support. Moxxie from HELLUVA BOSS! He has a Playermodel, a Ragdoll, and two NPCs. (Friendly and Hostile.) "Why are there 4 different models?" Combining a model that has both PM and NPC animations can cause the NPCs to T-Pose during certain animations. The Ragdoll is separate due to two main reasons; 1. The blinking flex was separated to allow users to make winking faces. 2. Using the "Force T-Pose" tool on the PM would give you a sitting animation. This is an adventure map which you can play with friends/strangers or alone. Just keep in mind that the map was built around the idea of a single player so try to stick together. The story is something like this I guess: You/You all wake up in your apartment. You/You all hear helicopters, troops marching and dropships flying by. You/You all know what this means. The combine is here to get rid of everybody and that includes YOU/YOU GUYS. Note that it may not make any logical sense when it comes to where you are and where you are going. This map does also NOT require any special games to play. The map is in the "others" category and is named "The_Great_Escape". If you're experiencing a lot of lag then it MAY be because you have a lot of addons installed and enabled. I would recommend to disable all addons that you will not use to improve framerate. Simple Freecam

I was disappointed there wasnt a good and simple to use freecam addon on the workshop. So I made one myself. This is a simple freecam script with controllable FOV, camera movement speed & sensitivity, lockable and with an option to hide your hud for convenience. You can open the menu for it either via a console command or from the c menu. Theres also a convar to toggle the freecam directly. KNOWN ISSUES - With simfphys vehicles, it will drive if you move around in freecam - While using Simple Third Person, you cant move the freecam - With VManip installed, closing the menu will throw an error THIS ADDON CONFLICTS WITH SOME CAMERA-ALTERING ADDONS. BE WARNED. How do I control this? Use your movement keys and mouse to look around, your shift and slow walk keys to quickly control speed, and your jump and duck keys to go up and down. Why would I need this? I don't know. Do you need a freecam addon? Why can't I just use noclip or a camera? Because it's nicer to just use a freecam-like system for setting up shots or looking into things. Some maps also disable noclip so if you want to cheat for some reason to look into a wall, this is a good use for it. Can I use this for cheating on servers? No. The server needs the addon installed for it to work, and even then theres convars that they may have blacklisted users from using. CONVAR LIST - sfc_menu - Enables the menu. - sfc_toggle - Toggles the freecam. - sfc_fov - Tweak the FOV (25 - 179) - Default 90 - sfc_speed - Tweak the speed at which the camera moves. (0.1 - 10) - Default 2 - sfc_sens - Tweak the sensitivity at which the camera looks around with. (0.001 - 1) - Default 0.002 - sfc_lock - Lock the camera in place and lock regular movement.
