This a is Functional tranquilizer for TTT It is based off of UselessGhost's Tranquilizer M9 http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=319075224&searchtext=Tranquilizer , so if you want it in sandbox, download that addon to do so. It works on other players only, and only in the TTT gamemode. Simply purchase it from the traitor store, and shoot someone to hit them with a dart that puts them to sleep after a bit of time. However, shooting them in the head puts them down instantly. The effect lasts for about 30 seconds, after which they will wake up without their weapons. The tranq once again does not spawn in sandbox

A strange, heavily contaminated area, Agroprom is home to the Agroprom Research Institute and a factory, connected to the outside world via railway tracks. It's notable for it's extensive network of underground facilities, corridors and other areas. To the north-west lies a shallow lake, chocked full of abandoned equipment and other debris. Following the 1986 incident, the Research Institute was created to analyze the possibilities of agriculture on radiated soil, apparently either as a sister facility to the Dark Valley science center or a replacement for it after the construction site was abandoned. Assault Rifles, shotguns, pistols etc now can not damage the helicopter. -Helicopter deals more damage to armored vehicles now can destroy 2 hit kill tanks using guided Hellfire rockets. -Balanced with Armored Vehicles and Anti Aircraft weapons dealing 200 damage per shot. (50cal/14.5/23mm AA Cannons) Improved version of latest/updated WAC Airvehicles Base WAC Base Vehicles are now similar to Battlefield Air Vehicles. They are resistant to Small Arms fire only heavy weapons like rocket launchers, rail guns, rpgs, explosives. Light Armored Air Vehicles destroyed by 1 RPG Heavy Armored Air Vehicles requires 2 RPGs to destroy. Keeps all the features and configuration settings. You need to uninstall / remove / unsubscribe Original WAC Base before installing this. You can use modified base with all WAC aircraft without any problem. Changes: +Air Vehicles resistant to small arms fire and anti aircraft machine guns. +Air Vehicles are weak against all explosives, rockets, gauss rifle etc. +Air Vehicles once destroyed automatically removed 20 seconds later. +Air Vehicles carry more ammo +Air Vehicles weapons deal realistic damage can kill / destroy ground targets easily +Air Vehicles improved for PvP can be deadly to ground units explosive radius and damage doubled +Air Vehicles weight increased for better driving while in combat mode. +Air Vehicles rotor blades (top/main and back) are indestructable. +Air Vehicles can be repaired even with damaged engine if Air Vehicles is not completely destroyed.
