Adds two new entities: CCTV cameras and a monitor to view them. Also adds two tools: a wrench to adjust the frequency of cameras/monitors (in the range of 1 to 999) and repair them, and a portable monitor for viewing surveillance feeds. Additionally, there's a small admin menu (RMB with wrench) with the option to enable invincibility for individual cam. Inspired by PayDay. RT.
