Drones Rewrite Alydus Weapon Extension Drones Rewrite Weapon Extension adds various new additional weapons to add to your drone in Drones Rewrite. Such as advanced multitools, radars and player scanners. This addon is my first public lua addon for Garry's Mod. I've been developing for a few years on this game, but I've never released anything to the game community publically, until now. This addon includes various additional weapons for the Drones Rewrite addon, also for Garry's Mod. It works with all gamemodes, including (but not limited to), DarkRP, Sandbox, Clockwork (all schemas) and Nutscript (all schemas). What weapons does it add? This extension will be frequently updated with new weapons that I see possible and feasible. However, the extension currently contains the following weapons. - Advanced Multi Tool This weapon is an improved/extended version of the Multitool in the original Drones Rewrite addon. It contains additonal modes (but still the original modes like the physgun, and the keypad cracker, with darkrp and wiremod support), e.g. opening doors, closing doors, locking doors, unlocking doors, accelerating (improving door open speeds) and decelerating doors. - Player Radar This weapon allows you to scan for players within 2000 units of the drone, it will report the amount of players it finds, and will appropriately categorise them into different amounts depending on their current status/activity, e.g. total health, if they are moving, crouching etc. - NPC Radar This weapon allows you to scan for players within 2000 units of the drone, it will report the amount of npcs it finds, and will appropriately categorise them into different amounts depending on their current status/activity, e.g. if they have targets and if they are moving. - Player Scanner This weapon allows you to scan players that are not moving, and near your drone. It will temporarily freeze them and your drone until the scan is finished. It will allow you to see information about the player, like health, armor and other properties. - Advanced Repairer This weapon is a extended, advanced version of the original Drones Rewrite repairer, it supports repairing Star Wars Vehicles, SCars, VCMod, which itself supports all major vehicle packs (over 1600 vehicles), including TDM's, Lonewolfe's, SGM's, Sped's, SGT's, Roy's, Maxv's and other standalone vehicles located on the Garry's Mod Workshop; since it is a modified version of the original, it also supports the entities that the original Drones Rewrite Repairer included, like drones and drone control consoles. This weapon respects the maximum health values that are retrieved automatically, and will attempt to not over repair vehicles. The vehicles repair at an appropriate rate, but some repairs may take longer than others due to vehicles having various different overall health values. The repairing laser/beam will only display visually if the entity is actually being repaired, so the weapon user knows when the vehicle is at maximum health, and cannot be repaired any further. How do I add these weapons to a drone? To add these weapons to your drone, and to modify existing/default weapons on your drone, locate the 'Upgrades / Settings' wrench weapon from the spawnmenu, via Weapons -> Drones Rewrite Tools -> Upgrades / Settings, when holding the weapon, right click on a drone, when you're near it. How do I install the weapon extension? To install this weapon extension, simply subscribe to this addon, if you are not already subscribed to the required addon Drones Rewrite, you will be prompted to subscribe to it before subscribing to this addon, please do so. This addon/weapon extension will not load or function without the required addon. Why does it need to redownload occasionally? If you open your game and find the workshop addon redownloading, it either means that it has been removed by you somehow, or I've updated the addon. Usually it means I've updated the addon, when I do this, it is most likely to fix a known bug or to implement more features. See the Change Notes if you'd like to see what changes have been made to the addon on the dates updated, I'll always have descriptions for whenever I update the addon. What map is that in the screenshots and workshop thumbnail? The media features the map gm_goldencity, created by Skerion. Not working? If the weapons don't appear in-game, please follow the following troubleshooting steps before seeking support. - Make sure the addon is enabled, in the Garry's Mod main menu, locate the addon after navigating to addons, and make sure it is enabled. - Ensure you have restarted your game after subscribing to this addon. - Restart your steam client (not just closing and re-opening, if you don't know how to do this, just restart your computer), this may prompt the addon to download. - Ensure the addon itself has successfully downloaded by navigating to the game installation folder, and ensure the file at garrysmod/addons/drones_rewrite_alydus_weapon_extension_1460295425.gma exists. - Delete the file in the previous step and redo these troubleshooting steps, this will make the addon redownload, this may be needed if the file was downloaded incorrectly, or if the connection was interuptted during downloading. I was looking at the existing spike strip addons for SCars and they all blow so hard they could suck a watermelon through a garden hose so I made my own. This addon comes with an entity and swep for easy use in DarkRP(or any other gamemode), just install the addon on your server and give a job the spikestrip_swep and setup is complete. Controls: crouch + left click - place spike strip right click - pickup spike strip If you find any bugs/glitches let me know and I'll try to fix them as soon as I can. And if anyone wants to request an addon I'll see what I can do about making it for you on my spare time. credits: I made this with a little help from Magenta. ============================================================================== Some guy named flapjack is trying to claim credit for this addon because he made the first spike strip entity for gmod 12 and I used the same model as it, HE IS A THEIF AND A LIAR. After he and his friends harassed me for several hours(they posted over 50 vulgar comments I had to delete, 2 added me to friends to spam me, and 1 of them tried to DDoS me) he reuploaded this addon under his name and made a few (obviously) fake youtube videos to 'prove' this addon is his but if you subscribe to 'his' addon and spawn the swep in-game it even says 'Author: Dashkov'. I put alot of hard work into this so if you come acoss 'his' addon on the workshop please report it and rate it down. ==============================================================================

First Order Stormtrooper - Skinpack Stormtroopers, also referred to as First Order stormtroopers, were the military infantry units of the First Order. Like their predecessors, the original stormtroopers of the Galactic Empire, the First Order's troopers were equipped with stark white body armor; its design reminiscent of the Imperial style as well as the version worn by the clone troopers of the Galactic Republic. Now your server's players can have sprays again! And BETTER! If you didn't know, having sv_allowupload and sv_allowdownload on are security holes. Malicious players can gain access to any custom files you have, such as your server.cfg, and can even upload things to your server. So, if you haven't already, you should set these to 0. This breaks default gmod sprays! This addon replaces default sprays with a safe version. You should still set the two server convars to 0. This addon lets your players easily use URLs for images. It creates a map-conforming mesh to display the sprays on. This does not hurt anyone's framerate (with special options for really bad PCs). This supports videos, such as webm, gifv, and even youtube URLs (which are muted). All you have to do is add this workshop item to your server, or subscribe if you're a user wanting this for singleplayer. This overrides the spray bind to create a SprayMesh, and informs users how to use it! http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1451605 Update (August 2016): At this time, Imgur is converting all videos to mp4 instead of webm (masked by the "gifv" extension). The Source engine won't let me use MP4 videos for sprays. The workaround is to download the video off imgur, then go to gfycat.com to upload it. Gfycat will make you a webm URL to use with this mod.
