Be Weary of Tanks!!! Heya! I've always found it strange that the tank stood in place (and at times essentially looked like they're yelling silently at the wall, lol) and loved the ideas that a select few in the modding community had to offer to change up what the tank did when spawned. The only problem is, it'd only work under weird specific conditions. Well, no longer will you need that hassle. My v-script aims to make the tank bots bring in more immersion while also being compatible with anything you throw at it! It's... The Wandering Tanks V-Script! This v-script will make it so "idling"/"waiting to be discovered" tank bots will roam randomly around the campaign (unless you specify to head towards the survivors instead)! They will wander until they see a survivor, get damaged by a survivor, or if a survivor is ahead of the tank bot in "the flow"! This v-script excludes finales. Tanks spawned in finales will NOT wander. Only works for listen, local, and singleplayer servers. What About a Special Infected Version of This V-Script? You're in luck, I made a special infected edition of this addon which you can subscribe to here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3714018757 EMS/CONFIG FILE LOCATION TO CHANGE TO YOUR PREFERENCES: A "settings.cfg" file will be created within "...Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\ems\brutez_tank_bots_shuffle_moment\" when you load into a map. Tank_Walk_To_Survivors false true / false When true, instead of choosing a random spot to walk to, have the tank bot head towards the nearest survivor. Tank_Wander_Delay_Max 15 0 - 2147483647 The maximum amount of time (in seconds) before the next location is picked. Maximum must be greater than or equal to minimum. Tank_Wander_Delay_Min 5 0 - 2147483647 The minimum amount of time (in seconds) before the next location is picked. Minimum must be less than or equal to maximum. Tank_Wander_Radius 1000 0 - 2147483647 The next potential wander spot from the tank bot's position in hammer units. Update_Rate 0.01 0.01 - 2147483647 The rate at which the brainwave is performed in seconds.

The first campaign of my Left 4 Dead Modified set, the original non-versus No Mercy from the first game, with L4D2 weapon/item/upgrade spawns, a few new features and improvements Bear in mind that this altered version may be more challenging to the average player and is not a replacement for No Mercy featured within the game by default, but is a custom campaign you must select through the 'AddOn campaign...' menu. Key features: • Original map layouts (buildings and paths) • Original sewage water textures • Added thunder and lightning effects to the subway, sewers and the entire hospital level. (originally only on the apartment, hospital construction zone and rooftop) • Increased density of rain particles • New random intro scene • New hospital grounds zone • The Last Stand update L4D population • Buffed Miniguns - they are now more accurate and deal a lot of damage, especially to Tanks! Try to avoid them! • Removed the cooldown for performing shoves, the penalty did not exist in L4D1 See 'Change Notes' for more info I do not recommend playing this campaign on a 'Best Available Dedicated' server as some can be heavily modded and greatly interfere with gameplay.
