Rebalances the AAI Loaders and stack/filters, and lane balance/splitters in a sane manner. Specifically, it makes the loaders get unlocked with the respective logistics technology, and their recipes similar to those of splitters.

Compatibility and QoL tweaks for Py mod suite on Factorio 2.0. This mod provides guarded, opt-in compatibility shims that ONLY adjust technologies (research unit ingredients) for supported mods. Recipes are not modified unless explicitly enabled. Supported (optional) integrations: - Transport Drones (Meglinge Fork, 1.0.26): early tech using automation-science-pack + py-science-pack-1 (roads included). - Factorissimo 2 (notnotmelon 3.10.12): selected factory techs moved to automation/logistic + py-science-pack-1 tiers. - Fluid Must Flow 1.4.4: guarded changes, Factorio 2.0 dict-style ingredients.
