Removes quality related things added by the quality mod.

A quick fix to using landfill to fill shallow water areas (marsh, shallow water). These are normally not present in the usual world generation but some mods may enable them.

OneWire is a mod that attempts to eliminate wire spaghetti. It restricts newly placed power poles to have a single connection and therefore keeping your factory's power lines tidy. It does not restrict you from making any type of manual connection you like, such as connecting two different networks of power poles.
