I know Tricky's Cherry Cig Glow exists, but that one modifies the entire head texture so it's a bit incompatible with retextures itself. FEATURES - Glow effect uses a separate texture mask so that it would be compatible with most Bill reskins. - Burnt falling particles also glow - Head texture is completely default and unmodified OTHER NOTES Compatible with reskins as long as bill_head.vmt isn't modified in any way.
