It adds no custom items, tiles, walls, enemies, NPCs, bosses, recipes, or progression systems. World features - Tall mountain ranges with turning cave chains, natural shelves, growing vines, ponds, valleys, clouds, and bridges that enter real passages; some stone crossings become graveyards - Large floating highlands with several terrain grammars and only occasional mountain contact - Biome-specific multi-room landmarks, including buried ice igloos, deliberately unsuitable for NPC housing - Occasional forest lakes crossed by terrain-integrated bridges, including rare graveyard stone crossings - Organic, multi-scale transitions between terrain, walls, structures, and neighboring biomes - One guaranteed surface mine with automatic downhill cart drops, launch ramps, bouncy turnarounds, and an interconnected rail district reaching the Cavern layer Before playing Vanilla Worlds Overhauled affects world creation. Generate a new world after enabling the mod; existing worlds are not retrofitted. Secret world seeds are currently left unchanged because their generation and progression rules need dedicated support. The mod does not add special loot or replace the Dungeon, Jungle Temple, Aether, chests, wiring, or vanilla progression structures. Continue in vanilla Terraria The optional Export Worlds to Vanilla utility copies a completed .wld into vanilla Terraria directly from the tModLoader World Select screen.
