Well, either way, anyone is free to fork this, make a patch, whatever. If I'm one day not too busy between working for clientele, welding, and doing college work, I'll try to get this under wraps and work on a remake or something. Just don't expect that to be anytime soon... ===ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION=== Prototrauma! Adds Protogen as a new gender to Robotrauma! Currently in heavy development so there isn't much content, but there's enough to make a few silly dudes! Features Protogen are around 60% organic, meaning they can take damage, suffocate, and go insane just like any regular person. Though, that metallic shell gives them an edge under the waters of Europa. They don't bleed like you or I do, and they can withstand pressures up to 2km deep, meaning they won't need a diving suit until about halfway through the first biome. Use that time to let other crew use the diving suits! Unlike robots, Protogen don't get water damage or other tech-specific ailments, but you can repair their robot parts just like any other rustbucket. Just tighten some bolts and they'll be good to go, making them great for infiltration and other dangerous missions. Xpath explanation / Disclaimer This mod uses a fork of Lua for Barotrauma to seamlessly edit files originating from Robotrauma, meaning I won't have to edit every file between every update of either Robotrauma or base Barotrauma. Why? I'm currently in college with a job on top of that. I used to weld back when this mod was being developed, but I had to scale back to a part-time job to make room for my studies. Needless to say, my schedule has always been full. What that means is that updates are slow, and I'm trying to work smarter, not harder. I don't have time to brute-force changes that'd break next week, so xpath was the best option to let my code be a bit more future-proof than with vanilla's weird override system. FAQ Why does it look like that? I'm not an artist or a furry. The most experience I have is stupid MSPaint doodles. I don't have a grasp on fundamentals or aesthetics, so I just did what I could, and it's pretty bad. If you have the skill, make a fork or addon that re-draws all the textures in a more fitting style, you have my blessing! How do I install this special version of Lua for Barotrauma? Just like you do with regular Lua for Barotrauma, just have it enabled, then host a server with the executable set to Lua with Xpath, then input the right commands and restart your game. A comprehensive tutorial is available on the regular Lua for Barotrauma mod page, just change out the regular one for the special one and you should be good. And that you'll be punished for changing the kind of component they are? Or how you can only experiment in the sub editor, and never in the main campagin? Or how can't change the color of wires? Or how you need so many god damn wires?? This mod changes ALL of that. What this mod changes/adds: -Blank Component. -Not wireable, Not placeable. Base recipe for all components (except for light components, motion detectors, etc.) -All components constructed from this can be deconstructed back into a Blank Component. -Double skill requirements, Double yield. -Needs FPGA Circuit x1 and Tin x1. -Wire. -Can be used as a wire. Base recipe for all wires. -All wires constructed from this can be deconstructed back into a Wire. -Double skill requirements, Max stack size is 32. Rename Nav Buttons

A mod to rename the buttons on your navigation terminal. There is currently no way to do this in game, so you need this mod to change them. Open the terminal (F3) and type renamenav button_number my_new_label to change labels. So "renamenav 3 Drop_Nuke" will change the third button to "Drop Nuke". Underscores get replaced with spaces automatically. This mod requires that the host be running it on his server modlist in order to work. It will not work clientside only. It works in both singleplayer and multiplayer. This mod requires clientside Lua for Barotrauma to work.
