На дворе начало февраля 2008 года. Действие разворачивается в небольшом офисном здании, что находится в провинциальном городке. После обильного продолжительного выпадения снега и метелей в местности всё утихло. Но этим положением воспользовалась небольшая группировка террористов, именующие себя, Алые Фениксы. Неприятные погодные условия, которые создавали плохую видимость поначалу сыграли группировке на руку. Метель всё не утихала и усиливалась, здание было захвачено, а полиция прибыла на место не сразу. По прибытию на место полицейских было видно, что Фениксы успели подготовиться ко встрече. Разработка карты шла около 5 дней. Изначально карта не была предназначена для противостояния команд, а просто являлась небольшим проектом. Время раунда 7 минут. Всего 15 раундов. Игра в режиме 5 на 5.
