Welcome back to another revision of gm_tokyo. This is the third and final iteration of the map, this time with a huge design shift. This version of the map is more how I envisioned the first two versions when I made them. With over a year of mapping practice, trial and error, redoing this version three times, and studying the design of the Tokyo map from Midnight Club 2, I am pleased to present a more "scenic" and "era" capturing map. This is the complete version of the map, this time there are only 3 borders, each at the edge of the map. Thanks for being patient I hope it was well worth the wait and have fun exploring the new streets! Please be sure to uninstall or disable the unfinished release of gm_tokyo_v3 before installing this one!

This is a drivable 1969 Plymouth Road Runner from Need for Speed: Carbon. The car comes with the following features: - 2 skins for the body: stripes (colorable), white (colorable) - 1 skin for the wheels: white (colorable) - 1 manual body group: license_plate - 4 seats: driver and 3 passengers Dynamic body groups (and what triggers them): - damage_body (damage level 1 and higher - gray smoke) - damage_windows (damage level 2 and higher - black smoke) - shifter (gear shifting) - steering_wheel (turning) The skin can be changed by pressing and holding the key, right-clicking on the vehicle and selecting "Skin". The non-dynamic body groups can be changed by pressing and holding the key, right-clicking on the vehicle and selecting "Body Groups". Any dynamic body groups changes are retained as long as the vehicle is not used and (preferably) remains frozen with the Physgun. --- Custom skin (single-player only) A custom skin can be created using the skin template above. It must be converted to the VTF texture file format (using VTFEdit, for example) and saved as skin_1.vtf in the following directory: \steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\materials\models\red_hd_roadrunner\skin_1.vtf This method replaces the second (white) skin. If the skin contains an alpha channel, only the opaque areas will be colored with the Color tool.
