Some of you might have noticed how the L4D1 Riotcop model wears Jimmy gibbs' decals. Those are the censored "Low Violence" versions. No idea how keeping the blood decal and swapping the "security" decals with race suit decals would censor anything. Anyhow. i fixed it. I have been told its been added last minute as content for mappers. But there was no time left to fix it. The green color is not a bug. Its a deliberate choice to have them green in L4D1 maps. Just like the L4D1 ceda personell do not have "Ceda" written on them.
