This addon was inspired by the PS1-styled addons for Left 4 Dead 2. I noticed that there aren't any addons that focus on making the game's sound effects low quality too. So I took matters into my own hands and downgraded all the weapon sound effects from 44100 Hz to 8000 Hz. I'm aiming to convert all sound effects to 8000 Hz, but for now, this'll have to do! If you run into any problems or bugs with the addon, just let me know! And if you like this mod, feel free to drop a like or leave a comment. :)
