Originally it was a rip of the Population Mix mod by Tricky and heavily modified into my vision to then be uploaded to the workshop. In vanilla, there is roughly a 1/6 chance for a normal common to pull a fast sneaky first punch. Their fastest first swing is 14 frames. Other swings start with 19, 21, 22, 24 frames, etc... This mod makes all of their first swings 14 frames, as quick as their fastest one. No more slow wind-up haymakers. May be mildly infuriating for melee users. Only works in single/local. On other servers, attack speed is normal, just the first swing looks quicker.
