~Replace all the Nick's voice lines (+2500 voice lines) with the Dude (Rick Hunter) voice lines from Postal 2 and Postal Redux. ~This is the first version of the mod, that means in could possibly be some audio errors on some voice lines (like %1 of all the modded voice lines). ~I assured that the modded files where the exact same sampling rate, length and 16 bit PCM no compression than the original ones, but it seems that some lines still sound weird. If you know something i could be missing please comment or DM me so i can fix the files. That would help me a lot with future mods. D'oh! I believe this would be like the third or fourth time zombies have attacked Springfield in a non-canon scenario. You're better off watching a Treehouse of Horror episode or playing the last level of The Simpsons Hit & Run if you were looking for a real plot to this addon. SPEAKING OF WHICH... This uses the model seen in Hit & Run's various FMV cutscenes. Ripped straight from the game's source code by Hell Inspector. Comes with a survivor swap, first person hands, faceposing, and VGUI elements. Known Issues: -Certain weapons like dual pistols appear wrong on the left hand. This issue may be fixed in the future if I'm able to figure it out. Modifying for L4D2 was done by me. Original rip and port to source was done by Hell Inspector. The character concept of Homer Simpson belongs to 20th Century Studios and Disney. The base model was made by Radical Entertainment. Have your own port in mind but don't know where to start? SFM like lighting for Flashlights in Thirdperson After playing so much of the Resident Evil Remakes (RE ENGINE), one thing I noticed is that there is always some sort of light floating behind the character, like a trick to make the lighting look more photorealistic, and I also saw a couple of SFMs that used similar effects, so that got me thinking, what if I could change the flashlight's position to exactly how I wanted it to be, perfectly behind the character, casting beautiful shadows and making the character look cooler... A little mod I made for myself - an outfit for Ellis for colder weather. I wanted an alternative outfit that would fit in, which in this case includes: - Ellis' coveralls worn up (I'm convinced it's originally two sizes too big for him) - Top of coveralls unzipped to (look cool) show off the original t-shirt - A puffer vest with hood attached (probably looted off a clothing store's children aisle) - Rips and stains of various origin all over the aforementioned items. This is my first mod, as well as first encounter with 3d modeling and texturing. Some crutches had to be used. There are minor clippings and stretches in some animations - expect them to stay until someone teaches me better. Bile textures and custom UI elements present and working. All the custom clothes' models, textures, as well as ui imgs (and the cover art) were hand-made by me, myself and I. A tan color reskin of the Combat/Desert Rifle (FN SCAR-L). This reskin uses an understated tan color scheme that is typical on SCAR rifles. The upper receiver and handguard are colored to match the handle and stock so that it draws more attention to the anatomy of the receiver and it's parts and gadgets. Having more color and vibrancy than the default, this reskin allows the rifle to stand out more as a whole. This reskin also adds details such as firing modes engraved near the selector switch, a textured grip handle, a few more bolts here and there, more scratches, and an inset grip on the front of the handguard. With Toad being there hunting the nonstop waves of zombies, you can guess that Toadette may be....well she never actually gets to meet him because the first time Toadette sees Bill, he's already dead. Now, that the zombie apocalypse is set in motion thanks to Vingo, Wingo's lesser-known vulture cousin, Toadette's mix of papercraft building skills, hammer teaching abilities, and Mario Party experience will finally lend itself to her knowledge of how to shoot a gun. Don't ask me how. Anyway, she teams up with a plucky band of other guys (depending on what mod you set up to play at the time, the story will be a whole bunch differently worded, trust me) to survive on what it appears to be a world without love, safety, and gigantic papercraft machines run by willing Toads. I don't think this is the first Mario-series survivor over Rochelle but it's certainly the first Toadette mod in Left 4 Dead and its 2 cousin. The mod uses the proportion method as used in my other mods for this game, namely my Baby Mario and Baby Luigi, because you know, TOADS ARE SHORT. Features -Toadette world model -Toadette view model (though not much different from the Toad view model) -HUD icons -A rare Mario female character in a sausage fest. Bugs and stuff -Clips through the ground when incapacitated, this is a side effect of using the proportion method and therefore is unavoidable.
