At the heart of the city lies a dense urban center filled with skyscrapers. Financial districts, shopping areas, residential zones, and entertainment venues cover nearly the entire downtown area. A complex network of highways and major roads keeps the city alive 24 hours a day. The western coastline is home to the city’s largest harbor and bay. It handles most of the region’s logistics and trade, but it is also rumored to be the center of underground dealings and smuggling operations. Many believe the true power behind the city is not the government, but the organizations hidden within the docks. To the north, the mountainous region stands in sharp contrast to the busy city center. Abandoned mines, winding mountain roads, private estates, and restricted research facilities are scattered throughout the area. Rumors say a major incident occurred there years ago, leaving certain zones permanently sealed off. The eastern highway district is known for its racetrack and industrial areas.
