Russian PEI NPCs

This contains Igor, a test NPC that sells overpriced weaponry. He is supported in my Russian adaptation of PEI, "Russian PEI", and can be found in the castle on Oulton's Isle. I didn't want to make him required with the map download so here he is separately if you want to try him out. (Supports the Makeshift Rifle Upgrades mod). PEI Deadzone

Just PEI with a deazone on the east island. Fire station spawns now rarely produce gas masks and filters (3 and 7 percent of normal fire spawns respectively). Other tweaks include a police heli spawn at the airport, insurgent vehicle spawn at the militia island, and a small militia spawn at a building in Montague just to make it more interesting. Deadzone features rare spawns for the swissgewehr, corsican and herstal in addition to existing military items/guns. Supports spawns for the makeshift zubeknakov mod at militia spawn points. (same rarity as vanilla zubek) Meant to be enjoyed as a vanilla map with/against friends. #lanparty I've also made a Russian version of this map called "PEI - Russian Version" that builds on the modifications made in this map.
