Despite the general state of the world during the Green Flu Pandemic / Nightmare Event, it seems that the people living in this world have been awful nice by leaving literally all of their doors unlocked. Now THAT'S a sign of a high-trust society. I'm gonna fix that. This mod makes it so that any of the closed doors throughout the world can be locked, and need to be either unlocked manually (leaving you defenseless), broken down (using up valuable time / ammo), or navigated around. Some Extra Features by default: - Partially breaking down a door will automatically unlock it. - Double doors will both be locked at the same time. When one door is unlocked, both unlock. - Doors can be unlocked faster while using adrenaline. - Saferoom doors will always be locked by default, requiring the survivors to unlock it to enter the saferoom. This mod is also customizable. Within the Ems file, you will find a Settings file with the following parameters, along with their default values: DoorLockChance = 3 1 out of x chance a closed door will be locked DoorBreakUnlock = true Whether partially breaking down a door will automatically unlock it SaferoomLockChance = 1 1 out of x chance a saferoom door will be locked IncludeGuaranteedLockedDoors = true Whether the curated doors set to always be locked will, in fact, be locked DoorGlow = true Whether to allow locked doors to glow after the lock has been checked AdrenalineFaster = true Whether being under adrenaline unlocks the door faster DoorUnlockTime = 5.0 How fast a door takes to unlock DoorUnlockTimeAdrenaline = 2.5 Same as above, but while under adrenaline Random Door Controller by Manacat is basically a requirement in order to add even more variety to what doors can and cannot be locked.

Hello lads, my 19th Workshop add-on. Everybody knows about End of Days' SCAR-L on ImBrokeRU's animations. But what you might not know is how easy it is to personalise it, due to it having 18 (eightteen) diffrent combos. So, I decided to share my own take on this magnificent rifle. My config consists of a vertgrip, EOTech Holo sight (I'm a sucker for those), MagPul magazine attachments and a Picatinny rail-mounted AN/PEQ-2 for the flashlight/laser attachments. I have 2 edits that I incorporated for this mod (this is so I can't be called a stealer or something): 1. Tan finish: The lore behind the L4D2 Desert Rifle is that they were meant to be sent to the US forces in the Middle East, but when the Green Flu broke out, they were rerouted to domestic forces. And so, to be lore friendly, I decided to use tan finish. 2. Sounds: There were optional sounds for this included, but after a playtest saw that it were glitchy and honestly, kind of dumb (echo). So I got better and a bit pleasant ones. The choice fell on (drum roll) M8A1 sounds from Black Ops 2 ported by CyberMan1011... Rant all you want, but I find these sounds a bit more high quality than anything else on the Workshop and also fitting for this weapon. "What makes me a good modder? If I were a bad modder, I wouldn't be sitting here, credting the authors, now would I?" I only own the rights to modify the VPK to combine some elements. The M416 HK-416, a German assault rifle and is manufactured by Heckler und Koch. The HK-416 is based off on one of the Colt's AR-15 models, specifically the M4 but more improved and advanced. The original name was supposed to be Heckler & Koch M4, but was changed to HK-416 just to avoid trademark issue with Colt Defense. It was produced in 2004 and was serviced the same year after it was made. As every rifle, there are different variants of the HK-416, the HK-416C (compact variant), M27 (A squad automatic weapon variant used by the U.S Marines) and lastly the HK-417 (A marksman variant of the HK-416 with larger caliber). The HK-416 uses 5.56×45mm NATO and carries 10 to 30 rounds when equipped with STANAG magazine but with the Beta C-Mag carries 100 rounds. The HK-416 was built to replace the M4 Carbine for the Delta Force and other special ops group. With the HK-416 takes its place for the U.S special forces, they were the first ones to use and replace the M4 Carbine. As of today, the HK-416 is commonly used by every operator world wide from law enforcement agencies to military. Updated on 7/6/19: Suppressed HK-416 is added because once again the original author wanted me to. I never played PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds but I'm a big fan to HK guns so yeah here's my first non CoD gun reskins.... wow amazing right? Anyways I managed to enhance PUBG M416 or HK-416's texture by changing the color of the gun from light gray to dark black, reduce scratch marks, remove the iron sights and added realistic markings with logos and stuff. Originally I was going to remove all attachments and leave the iron sights alone but I thought why not have that "taticool" look for the HK-416. There is a little error on the gun such as the fire selector is stuck on safety mode. I can't do much about it since I could work on texture edit but we'll just say the fire selector broke and is stuck to full auto. Sounds is also updated with my custom firing and reload sounds with the Black Ops 2 M27 sounds just for nostalgia sake and to make it fitting for the HK-416. So enjoy the updated version of the HK-416! Note to self: there is a Russian description I will now have to be updating too. FML. What started as a mod that fixed the odd M1911 icon for pistols, is now something else entirely. It used to replace the icon sheets before The Last Stand update (and still does for legacy script compatibilty), now it replaces the individual weapon and item icons as well. This will inevitably conflict with any scriptless HUD icon mods, and therefore is no longer an optimal solution. - Replaces the default pistol icons (that used to be old L4D1 Colts, but are updated since TLS) with real, actual SIG-Sauer P220 SAO and Glock 26 silhouettes from my artwork. - The Counter-Strike: Source's weapon icons (MP5, SG552, Scout, AWP, and even the knife) are replaced with my own artwork silhouettes as well. - All the melee weapon icons are remade. The Electric Guitar icon now fits its 128x64 rectangle, appearing uncut. The Nightstick (Tonfa) now faces the same direction as the other melee weapons. The Frying Pan icon is now a solid white 2D silhouette. The Pitchfork and Shovel use their whole silhouette, similarly to the Guitar. - All other firearms have their icons remade using the world model (sometimes view model for more detail) silhouettes. The most notable would be the Magnum and the wooden Pump Shotgun. - The throwables and healing items have icons that are more or less true to their in-game models. A heavily customized AK variant (closest match is a Bulgarian Arsenal AR-1, aka AKKM-47) from CoD: Modern Warfare 3. Modifications include a Midwest Industries railed handguard with Tango Down covers, BP-02 scope mount, Ram Tactical Catch, an ergonomic grip, an M4-style stock adaptor, and a generic (it's hard to identify it, since there are countless copies) reflex sight. Replaces the "AK-47" on CinnabarFlail's CoD animation recreation. CinnabarFlail not only lent me the source files for the animations, he also adjusted the hand positions for this particular model. The "red dot" sight attachment was chosen specifically because the MW3 playable character Yuri starts his first mission with this configuration, and adds a suppressor in the next one; I consider it his signature weapon. I also added a top rail onto the handguard, in order to make it a closer representation of the MI model, and made the rifle 10% less chubby overall. Constructive criticism is welcome.
