A compact assault rifle found hidden in the castle's library in Resident Evil 4 Remake, is the Colt Model 933, known as the "CQBR Assault Rifle" in-game. This is a re-used asset from RE3 Remake, albeit with a slightly modified mesh. The sling swivel behind the pistol grip is now gone, and the charging handle is now fully modelled. Introduced in 1995, the Colt Model 933 is a compact and shortened variant of the M4 Carbine, featuring a 11.5 inch barrel instead of the latter's 14.5 inch barrel. This Carbine is specifically made for Special Forces units that are deployed in hostile environments with a lot of close quarters combat scenarios.
