Subsribe and launch the game after you finished downloading the add-on, wait for the game to load the add-on. 3. Open the add-on that you just loaded in game, the add-on directory should be at: "Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop", if you open the vpk with GCFScape, you would see the left4dead2_dlc1 folder & left4dead2_dlc3 folder with "teengirl" folder inside those both. 3. Go to your l4d2 directory Replace the "teengirl" folder located in left4dead2_dlc1&2 into these 2 directory: "Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2_dlc1\sound\player\survivor\voice\teengirl" "Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2_dlc2\sound\player\survivor\voice\teengirl" Replace the "teengirl" folder located in left4dead2_dlc3 into this directory: "Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2_dlc3\sound\player\survivor\voice\teengirl" 4. After step 3 done, go into your l4d2 game, open console and type "snd_rebuildaudiocache", if you don't know how to open console, look at the keypad in game option.
