Hello once again guys, here with a complete port over of the original No Mercy that is present in Left 4 Dead 1, not the Versus version that Valve went with, this is the true original version. Prepare to relive the old exprience of No Mercy of an actual complete rooftop, and a combination of the item spawns from the official port! There is some minor changes and additions I made in each map that is noticable if you know your things, such as a new car placement here or there, some bug fixes though most original exploits from the original game should work perfectly as they once did in L4D1. A new set of lobby images inspired from the original lobby images, and unused ones. There may not be a lot of differences but they are there, sometimes obvious and some not, as the maps use the SDK version packed in with the editor, so the maps are basically a modified pre-release versions of the original, though again, not really obvious. Whelp that'll do it for now, thanks to Valve for the original maps, thanks to my friend CeeGee for the idea of porting over the original No Mercy, a thanks to my friend Murfey for reference to the original Apartments lobby image, and a big thanks to my friend Mr. Sangheili for helping me out with the finale! Whats inside the facility? The survivors wonder as they exit their helicopter and investigate the strange building ahead of them. This map is about 30 - 60 minutes long depending on your play style and difficulty, It features two sections where the survivors must enter a teleport to progress through the map. The navmesh in this map is very clean, So the infected and the survivor bots should have no problem navigating this each of the levels, Even with the teleport near the beginning. Please note i made this map for fun, So go ahead and make up your own story for it as you play. I tested it on Easy, Normal, Hard and expert. But i dare you to complete this on expert realism, I suck at it. Some areas of this map have hard points for both the survivors and the infected. So bewere! All in all, Have fun! Random fact There was a charecter in this map by the name of Dagger, which would help you to escape. But i cut it for the public version. Thats why its called Dagger's Facility in the menu.

Hello everyone and Merry early Christmas. My early present to you beautiful people is a Chevrolet Express van, ported from CoD Ghosts. This replaces the normal 1980s Chevy Van as well as the news van and animated van from the terminal in Dead Air. This model was originally an ambulance, but over the span of about 3 days I converted it to a normal civilian vehicle. It was tiresome and meticulous, but I think the end product is pretty good. Of course, credit goes to all the different artists whose assets were combined to make something new. Any TV screen mods you have can show up on the large TV screen inside the news van. I also edited the animations of the van in Dead Air to include door movement rather than remove the door all together. On maps that like to colour their vans different colours such as Dead Before Dawn, the van will be properly coloured. Version for Garry's Mod/SFM coming soon(ish). I shouldn't have to say this, but... PLEASE READ THE 'REQUIRED ITEMS' SECTION OF THIS PAGE. It's located on the righthand side of the screen, and has been for years. You must subscribe to all of the items in this list if you want the textures to work correctly. Edit 9/26/2020: As of the Last Stand update, the script file that I originally submitted as part of this weapon overhaul is no longer required, and introduces no notable difference in the game other than being an annoyance. As such, I've deleted it. Additionally, there was originally another variant of this that replaced the hunting rifle, since at the time, CS:S weapons were not possible to use on official servers. I've deleted it as well, as it's no longer necessary now that the CS:S guns are part of the official weapon roster. While I have deleted the workshop submission, if you really still want that specific weapon replacement, here's a dropbox link. Slightly modified but mostly original description below. Finally. Took long enough, eh? Here's some optional sound replacements, courtesy of gunsandpugs18: Link Here's an asiimov texture: Link Another simple changelist: Because CS:GO did not replace the AWP with a completely different weapon, I've decided to make use of the CS:GO model. It looks much nicer anyway. As is standard with these, the animations are now in a consistent 60 FPS. The reload is technically 10 frames shorter, or 1/6th of a second shorter, than the default AWP's reload. I had actually decided to just take a guess as to how long the reload was, and I was 10 frames off. It doesn't make a huge difference in-game though, and has nothing but visual impact. Pretty much everything else that carries over from previous overhauls applies here. Shared draw, shove, idle, movement, flashlight, etc. Except, well, this one's a sniper rifle. There's an actual in-game preview this time around. Only took me a full year to realize how simple OBS is. Updates and stuff I don't often do update videos, but I do have a YouTube channel in case you wanted to check that out.
