Items are displayed within the player panel, and weapons have been placed directly on it. This HUD does not show the incap images, it only shows the associated text in the language of the game (DOWN in the English version, ABATIDO in the Spanish version, etc.) There are no changes in the rest of the panels (assistance, damage, healing, interaction, etc.). Only the main hud of the player and his teammates changes. It should be compatible with crosshairs, and damage direction indicators, since it does not modify those of the game. This HUD has been made from the images of the game itself. It does not contain any images that do not belong to it.
