Unlike my original mod which allowed you to edit your attack speed, movement speed, and so on, this mod aims to change your movement speed and attack speed (item use speed) when you have a lower fps. You can play this mod with frame-skip "on", However, I recommend (especially if you have a "toaster" or "potato" pc) that you play in subtle or off frame-skip (this mod does not have frame smoothing... though maybe i should look into that).
