Plant Enemy Spawn Fix

Whenever you use another mod like Cheat Sheet or DragonLens to summon an enemy with the Plant AI (Clinger, Snatcher, Angry Trapper, etc.), it'll bug out and die immediately. This mod just fixes that by snapping the manually spawned enemy to the closest tile within a small radius. No more waiting for them to spawn naturally! :) Note: if there are no tiles within a 15x15 area around the enemy, it won't snap to anything and will die.
