A simple mod that allows you to reload resource packs on the fly and open the Resource Pack menu ingame WARNING Terraria can get unstable when switching between resource packs and some onscreen elements might not properly update since it's not designed to allow this. I also have experienced the entire world unloading on really rare occasion, The blank world never actually saved but just pointing that out.
