This is a pre-hardmode smg designed after the Arasaka Shingen from Cyberpunk 2077. its meant to be a solid ranged weapon to get you started in hardmode. It has two modifiers: it has a %30 chance to conserve ammo for every enemy in a 50ft radius, it increases the damage by %10 (caps at 10 enemies) *with a base damage of 8, that gives it a decent bump for taking out crowded places.
