High FPS Plus - Motion Smoothing

Renders the game above 60 FPS without speeding up the world simulation. Motion Smoothing interpolates entities between the fixed 60 ticks-per-second simulation so movement looks smooth at your monitor's refresh rate. Also includes an FPS limiter, a UI speed limiter, a cursor that follows the mouse at your refresh rate instead of the simulation's 60 Hz, frame-rate-independent fixes for clouds / rain / dust / animations / lighting, and (singleplayer only) a tick-rate control for slowing down or speeding up the whole game. Every feature is a separate toggle that applies without a reload, and turning one off — or removing the mod — restores vanilla behaviour immediately, with no restart. Entirely client-side. Safe to use in multiplayer (tick rate stays locked to 60). This is a 0.9.0 public beta: every feature works and was tested as it was built, but it has not had a formal end-to-end regression pass on a heavy modpack yet. If something looks wrong, please say what your refresh rate is, whether Frame Skip is Off, what "/hfp status" prints, and which toggle makes it go away. High FPS Plus is an open-source, clean-room reimplementation inspired by "High FPS Support" by Stellar, which has not been updated since May 2025. No code from that mod is used here. This mod adds extra vanity head slots and draws them in layers, so you can build unique combinations. Two slots by default; the amount is configurable (0-8) and applies immediately, without reloading mods. Each slot has its own dye slot. Works in multiplayer: what you put in the extra slots is synced, so other players see it too.
