Here it is, the long-awaited jungle themed version of 2Fort. It's sort of a sequel to Snowfort, though for this map I started entirely from scratch, using only the original 2Fort and Mercenary Park as references. Have fun! This was quite an ambitious project. Originally I ended up being only 2 brushes away from the hard brush limit that Source enforces (8,192 brushes), which left no room for optimization. Fortunately I was able to make some compromises and correct this in a new version. (Warning: space ants may be encountered.) Each base has a trap that detects the intelligence carrier, damaging and slowing him. Who wants to capture the flag, should take another way or take that risk. The trap resets after 11 seconds after its activation, also when the trap its triggered, the capture zone for the intel is disabled for 20 seconds. Patch n1: -Replaced the killing trap to a damaging trap ((Thanks to Mr Garry Tophat and jukena for the tip)). -Fixed map name in the files. Patch n2: -Fixed Trap Doors. -Added detail to blue trap doors (that red ones already have). Patch n3: -Intel no longer resets when entering the trap. -Now if the intel is drop in the cave tunnel (in front of the first respawn) or in the water hazard in middle, it resets automatically. Patch n4: -Changed trap damage of 8 to 14. -Applied stun effect and mini-crit effect when entering trap that lasts for some seconds. ·August 14, 2015: Updated cubemaps. ·August 15, 2015: Updated cubemaps.
