Uranium is now a resource unique to Planetaris Unbounded's Arig. Moves nuclear sciences onto the planet, tweaks recipes, and adjusts the tech tree to provide an alternative experience.

Adds a large buried storage tank with a capacity of 250k. Since they are mostly underground you can easily walk / drive over them. Additionally you can select if you want the more vanilla looking opaque top or a transparent one with custom internal fluid animation by changing a startup setting.

Vanilla modules (speed, productivity and efficiency) are made cheaper and take less time to craft. If Space Age is enabled, quality modules also take the new costs, and recyclers output the appropiate things
