Fixes for a BnF Modlist

Fixes the Cogmas Mod (from Earendel) Rocket silo replacement by changing which asset it is referencing

Changes many displayed names from other mods to use sentence case. E.g.: Big Mining Drill -> Big mining drill. This is so insignificant a problem but it drives me up the wall, so here you are. I am also not well versed enough in the API to do this dynamically so it's hardcoded.
