Welcome to Oasis! Geology: Oasis is in Africa.On all sides Oasis is bordered by very steep mountains -called the Bismuth Basin-except for one narrow part, the Emerald river.Even though the area is mostly deserted, a city called Bismuth can be found around the lake in the middle of Oasis. History: Before the establishment of Bismuth City natives ruled the desert. But when the basin got colonised the tribes became the local minority. People started building Bismuth city when they found trace amounts of bismuth in the area. Next to the river two mines were built,but it turned out there was no bismuth here at all. The city can be divided to two parts: -South Bismuth is the agricultural part of the city. Residents go there either by bus or on boat. -North Bismuth is the residental area. From charity money a baseball court and a playground was built. The desert had two radio stations one of which was destroyed by the local tribes. The military is helping the locals by dropping crates of food and clothing for them. Sadly the last plane crashed when it was hit by something. The pilots told the locals -by whom the crashsite was found-that they'd seen a UFO like object but the military claims it to have been a metorite. Since the event a military base and a railway for it was constructed. The native tribes-saying that they are just protecing their god- constantly try sabotaging the military. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is my first map so if you find any problems with the map please politely share your thoughts in the comment section.
