ABADDON - ə•ˈba•dᵊn - On a cliff's edge sits the ruins of ancient bunker, alone on the empty plains of Abaddon. Inspired by many maps and firefights across the Halo series, Abaddon is a Wingman (Competitive 2v2) map designed around constant, fast-paced action. Abaddon rewards constant movement, aggression, and creative strategies. Map Features • Close Quarters Combat ⠀• Much of Abaddon is made up of tight angles, allowing for most weapons to be viable, and inventive equipment buys. • Open Layout ⠀• Utilize various holes in the ruin's structure, pathways and cover to outmaneuever unwitting opponnents. There is always another option for utility usage and a new angle to clear. • Atmospheric Setting ⠀• Avoid the cliff's edge, as it's a long fall down. The wind blows idly over the barren wasteland of Abaddon. Thank you for playing Abaddon, please share your thoughts! This is my second mapping project, and while it is a less ambitious project than Chimera, I think it's one that shows a more experience and polish.
