“Mappers fallacy” This is a term that I use to describe the common occurrence of mappers misjudging their map's difficulty. Mappers tend to map in a way that suits their own skill set, which isn't a mistake but something to keep in mind when trying to esttimate a tier for your own map, because you as the mapper will underestimate its difficulty a lot of the time. Some people testing your map may be upset if you understated your map's difficulty in its workshop description.
