This mod changes the initial inventory from starting a new character on Journey Mode, to the default character inventory (Copper Shortsword, Copper Pickaxe and Copper Axe). It also removes the Fledging Wings your character starts with. The wings are still acquireable through gameplay, by the way. The collectors edition pet will also be on new player inventory, if the player has the Collectors Edition enabled. Sekiraria - Sekiro Combat Mechanics in Terraria Sekiraria is a combat overhaul mod that brings deflections, posture, and execution strikes inspired by Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice into Terraria. It introduces high-risk, high-reward parrying and stagger mechanics for both normal enemies and bosses. Note: This mod is in early development and is currently just a concept. Don't expect it to be perfect, it will be buggy, and it has not been tested in multiplayer yet! Core Features - Deflects & Guards: Equip the custom Parry Sword (crafted with 10 wood anywhere) in your dedicated accessory slot. Press F (default) right before getting hit to perfect-deflect attacks with sparks and metal clashing sound cues. Hold the key to block instead, taking reduced damage while building up your own posture bar. - Posture System: All hostiles (including multipart and worm bosses) now have a posture bar. Deal posture damage by landing attacks or parrying theirs. Parrying contact damage pushes normal enemies back. - Deathblow Executions: When an enemy's posture is completely broken, they are stunned. Press G (default) within range to execute a teleporting slash. Normal enemies are instantly killed, while bosses take a huge chunk of their max HP. You gain invincibility frames during the strike! - Posture Break (Guard Crush): If you block too much without deflecting, your posture bar will fill up and crush your guard, staggering you and leaving you highly vulnerable for a short duration. - Boss UI & Positioning: Fully resolution-independent boss posture bars anchor below their health bars. You can customize the screen coordinates of the bar directly in the config menu to prevent overlapping other UI mods. - Highly Configurable: Customize parry active frames, posture pool sizes, execution damage percentages, and more via tModLoader's Mod Config. How to Start 1. Create a new character (starts with the Parry Sword) or craft the Parry Sword using 10 Wood in your inventory. 2. Piggy Potions Description Piggy Potions is a quality of life potion loadout / buff management mod. It is meant to reduce the gridiness of gathering potion ingredients, placing stations like campfires, heart lanterns, sunflowers, ammo boxes to have enough coverage for all of your favorite buffs in an arena big enough to fight even the most daunting of modded bosses. Piggy potions has many features that reduce the grind, while remaining true to vanilla limitations as much as possible. The mod is intended to grant quality of life, not trivialization. Features - Potion / Station / Candle / Flask buff application from the currently selected player bank. (Piggy Bank, Safe, Defenders Forge, Void Vault). - Toggleable setting to make healing potions non-consumable. Intended to cut down the grind for getting large amounts of healing potions. (Potion Sickness Still Applies). - Selectable Bank / Keybind to change on the fly: Allows the player to press a key of their choosing to switch which vault is currently applying buffs to the player. Effectively creating "Potion Loadouts" that can be swapped on the fly. Storm's Super Pain Dummy is a mod that adds the Super pain Dummy item from Storm's Additions Mod as a standalone mod. This is for if you want the dummy, but don’t want anything else from the mod. Also note this item still exists in the main mod, so if you have that installed this mod will not be needed. This mod does not work on multiplayer! The Super Pain Dummy acts like Super Dummies from other mods, in which minions and homing projectiles will target it, and they will also activate on-hit effects. Plus it can be placed anywhere and removed, instead of needing to be placed on the ground as a furniture item. The Dummy can be crafted with a regular target Dummy and 15 Pink gel at a Sawmill Left click to place a dummy at the cursor, a limit of 50 can be placed at once, right clicking will remove all placed dummies. Also note all placed ones will despawn and no new ones can be placed if a boss is alive. The next spawned Super Pain Dummy variant can be toggled by right clicking on the item in the inventory: Standard; A standard Super Dummy, has a lot of health and very fast regeneration, useful for general weapon testing Tough; Acts the same as a regular Pain Super Dummy, but this variant has defence which can be toggled between 5, 10, 25, and 50, useful for testing armour-penetration and low damage weapons. Broken; This Super pain Dummy has no health regeneration, so any damage to it is permanent, it also has much less health, that can be toggled between 5K, 10K 25K and 50K. Useful for seeing how quickly you can deal a certain amount of damage Light; This Super Pain Dummy can be knocked around, as it has a lower knockback resistance that can be toggled between 0%, 25%, 50%, and 75%. Useful for testing weapon knockback Chonky; This chonky boi is able to reflect any projectiles that would be reflected by projectile-reflecting enemies. Useful to see just which projectiles are reflected. Shift - Right Clicking in the inventory will toggle the next spawned dummy between Grounded and Floating, pretty self-explanatory, but floating ones will float in the air, grounded ones will fall to the ground. Ctrl - Right Clicking in the inventory will toggle any extra attribute the current variant has, currently the following variants have extra attributes that can be changed: Tough - Defence Broken - Max health Light - Knockback Resistance Also note the dummies will have text quotes when spawned and removed, which can be disabled via the configuration menu. The first iteration of my recovery potion rework. Currently only semi-compatible with other mods, healing potions work as intended but other potions that also include other effects may behave strangely. This will be re-made in a future update. By selecting and using a recovery potion, you now start drinking it. The drinking duration depends on the potion. While drinking the potion, you rapidly recover health, however, you are slower and more vulnerable. Taking damage cancels this effect early. The cooldown till when you can drink another potion is also dependent on how long you have been drinking the previous potion. You can also use the Hook or QuickHeal keybind to cancel the drinking animation early. Notes: - Philosopher's stone works (and doubles/halves the healing amount/duration, making it overall more useful!!) - Currently the QuickHeal button does not work to initiate potion drinking, only to cancel it. - Multiplayer Compatibility has NOT been tested. This mod removes the player's starting items(for most instances, the copper shortsword, axe and pickaxe). Journey mode characters will start with nothing, and Mediumcore mode characters will respawn with nothing if they die. This is supposed to make the game difficult.
