This mod randomizes fishing catches: for each catch, you get one of all 5000+ items in Terraria. There's also a mod config where you can award yourself with life crystals and boss summons for progression if you decide to get loot only from fishing. Then start the game by giving yourself an encumbering stone so you can't pick up anything else, a fishing rod, and bait. Good luck!
