A library mod that powers custom reforge prefixes and boss-gated tier roll rates for tModLoader. Reforge Lib replaces vanilla Goblin Tinkerer reforges with a data-driven prefix system. Dependent mods register their own prefixes at load time; stats apply through the same paths vanilla uses (SetStats, accessory stacking, crit, etc.). Preset packs can also supply a tier_rates.json that unlocks higher reforge tiers as bosses are defeated.
