Operation Hankagai is the anti-terrorist operation of the SAT Special Forces, aimed at suppressing terrorists and radical followers of Aum Senrikyo or eliminating them completely. The task of the SAT special forces: to clean the office building in the urban center of Japan. Jarwin island is a small island, with lot's of great military loot but a small amount of food. It has got a lot's of great things: A research base, mining drills, Military, Survivor and Coalition camps, a SpecOps bunker and a Scorpion-7 facility. It's pretty good for PvP :) If you see some errors with the map, please report it to me! -=Lore=- Jarwin Island was an island taken over by Scorpion-7, near to Australia. It was left empty for decades, because a test which is resulted in radiating the island. When the radiation almost gone, the Coalition's center was seted here. But one day, the infection came to the island, and they had to retreat. After the retreat, they left some survivors and a small Coalition and a Military camp on the island. The goal of the remain groups is to elliminate all of the zombies to stop the infection from spreading to Australia, the last country on Earth. -=Future Goals=- -Transform the Coalition Camp to an NPC camp (and a safezone). -=Some stuff=- -Some legends say, there is a lost IndigoBerry kingkdom under the ocean... -There are some Little Snowmans at secret locations... WARNING! This map is outdated! Sorry. Reasons: > My editor is bugged, and the roads show above the map, making it impossible to edit. > Trees no longer want to be covered in snow, for some reason... > Baking textures has some issues because of the reasons above. > Because the editor does not like me, It is hard for me to place vital items, like charts, GPSes, high-caliber ammo boxes and other important stuff. I am sorry, but hopefully you enjoyed the map while it lasted. This map is not like many others this map is militia-oriented. What does this mean? Well, to be simple: only militia gear spawns (and civilian of course) You will not find any maplestrikes or heartbreakers in military bases! (Is this heartbreaking? xD) Structure The map is an archipelago, meaning it is composed of many medium-sized islands, and posesses alot of flat land, ideal for base-building! Talking about bases: there are a few locations with abandonned cabins scattered around the map, they contain some cobweb to indicate that they are abandonned. There are a few other locations to build bases, like abandonned boats at the southern side, perfect to defend as with only one entrance and a long distance accross the sea. And a few appartment buildings can be found and the north-western island, empty with some flat land around them. The northen island is the most populated one, containing an airport, a small city, and some other comodities. There are bridges between nearly all islands (exept the southern one) and many places to visit on each one of them (farms, gas stations, militia camps, etc...) Some lore (Just for fun) Have you noticed, when exploring Science/military complexes, that they strangely have red and blue barrels? Even on a fix proportion! 3 blue barrels to 1 red! What could these barrels contain? Intel suggests it is heavy water, and what is heavy water needed for? Reactors of course! Why would they need a reactor based on heavy water? Nobody knows yet, but keep in mind, is this why there are zombies normal Russian soldiers? Progress The map is still under development, so expect (irregular) updates, on which I mainlny work during the week-end (in Europe).
