Mod Friendly edit of "Russian PEI" Link to original vanilla adaptation: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1730020942 Spawns ID tables have been replaced with their Russian counterparts in the effort of supporting mods that can spawn in vanilla Russia. Police spawns have been altered since there is no "low" and "high" specified police spawns, but still should support potential modding to tables #546 and 548. Let me know if anything is missing or off and I will do my best to fix it.
