Lunatic Cultist Revamped

The goal of this mod is to rework the Lunatic Cultist, a boss that has a lot of cool concepts but ends up being very easy, and turn it into a fun and challenging boss, one that encourages players to first upgrade their gear with the wide variety of side content at this stage of the game. The Lunatic Cultist has been reworked into a Wizard of Legend-style fight. The cultist quickly cycles between several attacks, and then pauses. During that pause, they can be easily comboed for a short time. The full list of changes is not listed here, but overall: - The cultist travels twice as fast between attacks, with greatly reduced endlag after each attack and a slightly reduced windup on higher difficulties. - Hitting the correct cultist in the Illusion Circle attack causes them to become extremely vulnerable for a short amount of time. - The cultist is no longer immune to debuffs. However, it will clear all applied debuffs when creating its clones. - Max health and defense increased (defense is set to 0 while staggered). - No longer inflicts contact damage. - Slight changes to a few of the attacks. - Reduced accessibility of cheese strats by making the cultist not move to the exact same position above the player, and the true cultist's position in the Illusion Circle is now random rather than determined by which direction they are facing. - Has a neat cosmetic aura that helps make it a bit easier to differentiate between clones and the real cultist, and that also displays the phase change under half health. In addition, while the cultist still does not drop a treasure bag, they have been given an expert drop... or rather, 4 of them. In expert mode, the cultist drops a Primordial Element, which, when picked up, will transmute to a special weapon corresponding to the class that each player used to beat the cultist. These 4 new weapons are all meant to excel at crowd control, and will be extremely helpful against the Celestial Pillars.
