Ever wanted to be half-fox like the zoologist? Then this mod is for you! This mod allows you to obtain an item that turns you half-fox, providing various pros and cons. It also adds some new pre-hardmode content. The fox transformation How to get it In order to get the item, you must first defeat the mod's boss, the Kitsune Spirit. To summon this boss, you need to have both the witch doctor and zoologist in your town. Once you do, Buy the 'Fox Curse' item from the witch doctor. This item allows you to summon the kitsune spirit. Once you beat the kitsune spirit, you'll get an item called the 'Yokai Spirit' Which you will be able to combine with the Fox Curse to create the 'Fox Blessing', which allows you to transform into a lycanthrope. What it does The fox transformation has a couple of properties: It increases your movement speed, decreases your defense, and it also allows you to press the form ability button, which is G by default, to dash towards your mouse cursor. This is a very useful option for evading attacks, especially in pre-hardmode. The other items Along with the Yokai Spirit, The Kitsune Spirit boss drops 3 other items. Masamune Masamune is a melee weapon with a custom swing animation. While it is selected, it will charge up. A full charge will be indicated by dust particles coming out of your character. When the sword is fully charged, your next strike will deal much higher damage. The sword charges twice as fast if you are in lycanthrope form. Tricentennial Bow The Tricentennial Bow is a ranged weapon that summons a clone when firing that fires a duplicate of your current arrow type. While in lycanthrope form, it will summon 2 clones instead of 1. Kitsune Power This item only drops in expert mode or higher. It is an accessory that upgrades your lycanthrope form to a kitsune form, with multiple fiery tails. You gain an upgraded version of the dash which flies towards your mouse position with invincibility frames. This has a cooldown of 8 seconds by default, but this can be customized. While on cooldown, you will just use the normal fox dash. there is also one other item in this mod, sold by the zoologist: Fox Claws The fox claws are a fast, low range melee weapon that deliver a quick swipe towards your mouse cursor. It becomes even faster if you are in lycanthrope form. Developed By SirBiscuitman (UPDATE HISTORY) v1.01: Fixed a glitch that prevented true melee weapons from working when the mod was enabled.

This mod changes a lot of Terraria's systems and makes many minor changes, all in easily configurable ways. You are given creation and modification cores. Modification cores allow you to make useful stations and accessories, and creation cores let you make unique weapons. All changes can simply be switched on or off based on your preferences Major changes this mod makes include... Replacing healing potions with a regenerating vitality meter. Pressing your quick heal button will take health from the meter to heal you. Making weapons from other sources deal very low damage in favor of a system of 100+ unique weapons. You craft one of 6 weapons with a creation core, and then upgrade that weapon throughout the game, making choices along branching paths to end up with a final, stronger version of that weapon. Making all classes deal very low damage until you equip an attunement stone of a certain class, given upon spawning, in order to let yourself be effective wih that class. This forces you to restrict yourself to only certain classes unless you take up multiple accessory slots with auxiliary stones, discouraging multiclassing. Making you manage your heat to avoid hyperthermia and hypothermia Smaller changes this mod makes include... Letting you choose how many creation and modification cores you spawn with Letting you choose if the vitality meter gets stronger throughout progression or not Giving you buffs throughout progression (a dash, knokcback/fall damage immunity, etc.) to free up some accessory slots Making bosses thoughout progression drop cores Making you suffocate in space Making nights darker Making enemies spawn less often, increasing their stats, and giving them a chance to drop double loot Making corruptum, a block that slows the regeneration of your vitality buffer and gives enemies a chance to clone themselves on death spawn underground Weakening you briefly after taking a hit that deals more damage than your defense Restricting certain items such as the void bag Making it impossible to gain immunity to certain debuffs such as bleeding, damage over time debuffs, and sight restriction debuffs Making recipes more expensive Making you respawn faster Making you respawn slower during boss fights Stopping tombstones from spawning on death (modification cores can be used to make a station to get tombstones) Adding enemies to different spawn pools (for example, yellow slimes can spawn during the day in the forest) Increasing enemy spawn rates during events Increasing your movement speed near groups of enemies Tip: dropping items into shimmer will let you go back on your decisions Developed By Callian

Lucid Mod aims to add a new fleshed out subworld/dimension to Terraria. This is my first mod it is open source and open to pull requsts Please give me any feedback in either comments or Discord This is a very early alpha of the mod and was only made in a few days as a proof of concept The mod aims to add a new dimension with quests and NPCs along with difficult bossfights that require using the new Monk Class. Beware this mod messes with the players inventory when changing dimensions. It should work perfectly fine but I would recommend using a new character with this mod. Another key point to this mod is that its progression is completely isolated from other mods and vanilla, so in theory it should be balanced with any content mod(Calamity, Thorium, ect) because the bosses from this mod can only be fought with armor and weapons from this mod.
