Movable Minimap

Move and resize the minimap. Drag the minimap to move it anywhere on screen; drag its edges or corners to resize it. The map, its frame, the icons and the zoom buttons all scale and move together, from 40% up to 400% of vanilla's size. Vanilla also reserves a fixed band of screen space in the top-right for the minimap, pushing your accessories, buffs and info icons down even if the map is somewhere else entirely.
