The world is in chaos. The infection, sent by Merasmus and once thought to be contained, is spreading rapidly, and evacuation centers are being abandoned. MANN CO. has exhausted every option they have... ...besides the mercenaries. So naturally, they sent them to Blazehatten to investigate and find a cure. Their orders were simple: reach the nearest known operational evacuation center, find the survivors, and get out of there quickly. But instead of finding the evacuation center up and running, they found once-living people slowly rotting away, while others had just awakened from a long “slumber,” ready to spread the infection. Naturally, the mercs started blasting. Now, finding themselves in a dire situation, with the last available rescue point miles away on the other side of the once-prosperous city, they have begun marching towards it, hoping to reach it before the last vehicle leaves. Supplies were running thin, so the mercenaries made do with what they could salvage. Anything sturdy enough to survive the trip was good enough for a weapon. War-paint inspired by the sturdy Safe Doors found through Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 campaigns, including a plate sticker that's sometimes found in the structure of said safe doors. Custom base inspired by Sandwich Diner & custom wear, alongside turning said base into a team-color variant. Credits: Grinch - concept Qua_shinz/bottl - texture, coding, promos.
